Re: Sky stream services
@MahdiMohamed92 We need a bit more info. In what way are they not available? Any onscreen messages on your stream puck?

Re: Sky stream services
@MahdiMohamed92 Do you owe a bill? Has a payment been missed?
When you log into your Sky account online is there an outstanding bill there?

Re: Sky stream services
@MahdiMohamed92 Is this a puck you already had with a subscription? When was it last working?

Re: Sky stream services
@MahdiMohamed92 If you don't owe any bills and you didn't cancel your subscription you'll need to call Sky to resolve this.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Re: Sky stream services
@MahdiMohamed92 if rebooting the puck by unplugging it for a couple of minutes, don't resolve the issue then as advised by @GD1 you will need to call Sky to assistance.
