If you mean there is a delay between audio and the lips of characters being in sync, I initially had that problem and tried playing around with the audio delay settings on the puck, but didn't notice any difference.
I then checked the HDMI cable i plugged in (that was pullsed from a Sky Q box and was working fine) and noticed i purchased it roughly 4 years back (so not HDMI 2.1). Got a new HDMI 2.1 certified cable, and the aync issues disappeared.
If this is not your issue, then please do send more details.

I resolved this issue by changing the sound settings to pass thru.
