Hi @Alison155

Afraid not. Sky state: "Our Sky Glass and Sky Stream remotes are designed to be accessible. They feature large buttons, a backlight and a tactile ring on the voice button."

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/accessibility-remotes

They do accessibility remotes for Sky Q but not Glass or Stream. Standard Q remotes can be paired with glass / stream but these are very similar to the glass / stream remotes.

Could you encourage your parents to use voice commands more? https://www.sky.com/help/articles/voice-control-sky-glass

Re: Sky stream remote

what about an universal accessibility remote?

the one linked above can be programmed by using the original remote to learn the remote signal, but no home/ok button.

or maybe a lighter remote/contrasting would help?
