Sky stream remote not working

Hello my sky stream remote don't work I can press the talk button the lights are on it but can't navigate around I have changed batteries reset remote and unplugged box and plugged it back in

@Rachy1 sounds like your remote is not got a bluetooth connection to your Stream puck. With the puck menu screen visible press 1 & 3 together for afew seconds and follow the on screen indtructions.
