When I go to apps after I reset my sky box all that is there is Apple TV and I cannot use Netflix or Disney+ or any other apps

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreFirst try putting your Sky Stream puck into standby and switch off at the mains socket or remove the plug from the socket for about 30 seconds.
Switch the Sky stream puck back on.
If after a short while your apps are still not showing, try a refresh of the apps;
The refresh can take 24 hours to complete.
