Hey I have an 86 in lg qled916qe

having got a new remote it's doesn't wanna sync up and control the sound or tv anymore 

any help or word around

Oddly enough I've got a LG OLED55C8PLA and on Sunday it no longer turns the tv off. I've had various remotes over the years from Virgin and BT and none have been so hard to program.
