Ordered sky stream but still hasn’t come

Hi I ordered sky stream early hours yesterday morning (Sunday 27th @12:40) had an email confirmation, and gone on to my sky app but it's just saying time to activate but haven't received it yet. I've had no other emails with delivery or anything for when it's coming, anybody know how long it takes for an email for delivery please?

It'll probably show up tomorrow. You should get a text or email with tracking information.

As @Mister_Dalek has pointed out pucks are delivered next day. But given the time of ordering it's likely not been processed until today for delivery tomorrow

We have noticed that Sunday orders can be delivered on Tuesday, even if before the stated 3pm cut off time.

Keep looking out in your MySky messages or an email/ text from DPD with the tracking info.

Thanks for that, I thought it could be why it's not showing. This is what it's showing on the tracking

also is there a way to start watching Netflix and sky cinema before it arrives? With paying through sky I don't really want to pay again to start watching it

You should be able to use Sky Go to watch the Sky channels prior to your stream puck arriving. You can't do anything about Netflix until you have the stream puck setup as you need the puck to link your Sky account with a Netflix account (https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix)

That order tracking shows you have ordered a Sky Glass TV. Is that correct? Or did you order a Stream puck?

I only ordered the sky stream puck, well at least I think I did 😅 as I didn't want the tv.

Nothing has changed still on the tracking so not sure what will happen
