1 of 4 of my sky stream pucks keeps freezing and also the Netflix app doesn't work properly . Have tried restarting and unplugging and resetting the sound and picture.

Swap it with one of the others to determine if it's a broadband speed issue. If it's still problematic give Sky a ring to get it replaced.
