Sky puck has stopped streaming 3 times in 3 months only fix is to do a factory reset then also issues following the setup. The pin would not enter, the box tried to update before it was connected to the internet and therefore just stalled. When programs stop working it just says waiting for program to download but never does I've left it for over an hour. No issues with internet sky go app still works on phone through the same router. And everything else on the pick still works except any tv. So all the data for account details works etc. basically the puck is just useless. Anyone else had terrible issues with their puck? I complained and was directed to a load of help videos that show how todo things when the puck works correctly.
