Returned the wrong puck after a replacement was received

I sent the wrong puck back to sky when a replacement was received and my account shows a puck is outstanding.

i have now received an email saying the puck is being used away from my home.

how can sky deactivate that puck and send me a new one in exchange for the one I now have that doesn't work?

You'll need to call them and explain the situation. Nobody on here can assist with something like that.
