Sky stream puck
Hello,
I was just wondering if anyone had any trouble with their sky stream puck. We had it installed on the 10th January and I've had nothing but trouble. Our first box was glitching constantly, making strange noises. Phoned sky and had a discussion about this with them and they decided they thought the box was faulty so sent another one out next day delivery. I was delighted that it was so easy to resolve my issue.
However, this next box has come and is even worse than the last box. I have to unplug it by the mains EVERY time I want to watch TV as the box completely shuts itself off and won't turn on without being unplugged.
I also feel I was mis-sold the sky puck as nothing was mentioned about their being a delay. I watch the football and it's often about a minute behind so I am finding out about goals prior to me actually watching it. I had a lengthy conversation with the sales team about how I like football and this is something I would be wanting to watch and nothing was mentioned until the day of installation.

Re: Sky stream puck
@HolTay The delay lag is completely normal and you can't do anything to remove it completely
it's the way streaming works compared to satellite broadcasting as it takes longer to process the data streams for streaming than it does to send signals via satellite

Re: Sky stream puck
Run a speed check on Netflix to see what speed the puck is getting
