Had the same problems.
Using full fibre wi-Fi 7 network....(But it seems lots of people have this anyway.
Issues were both wired and Wi-fi.
Spoke to sky who say they have never heard of this problem (obviously they don't read these comments).
So took matters into my team hands.
Seems the answer is to give each puck/Glass a static IP from your router. Problem seems to be solved but we will see with time. Hope it helps
