So i had an outstanding bill due to being hospitalised just after ny streaming device got delivered.. there was an outstanding balance as I was sick and in hospital for 3 weeks .. I paid the outstanding bill which inc a £10 late charge. Now out of hospital .. tried to set up the puck .. all seems to be OK except I cant watch a darn thang. It keep saying update your subscription . Im confused as I already have chosen my bundles ie cinema , kids, etc however on screen it says and i quote "your sky TV services are being restored in no more than 2 hours" its been 3 hours an still nothing . Has this happened with anyone else ?
