Sky stream puck not working

I was given sky stream puck last week. It keeps freezing then turning itself off. It then comes back on & loops off & on then I get a blank screen. Has anyone had this issue?

Hi, Thanks for your reply. I had an engineer come out and it was the puck. So I managed to get a replacement.

Please post more information. Who is your ISP? What broadband speed have you got? What speed is your puck getting (Test in netflix> profile pic > get help > connectivity check)
