Sky stream puck not working, the apps open and play the initial advertisement then an error message displays

Could you explain more.
Which apps are you trying to open and what is the error message?
Would suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
Plus, doing an apps refresh;
- Press Home on your Sky remote, then select Settings
- Press System management then Resets and updates and finally Refresh apps.
- You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
- Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing.
The refresh can take up to 24 hours to complete.
It also may help restarting your broadband router.
Sky Stream with two pucks via wifi (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).

Re: Sky stream puck not working
None of the channels play they all have errors. I've had the puck turned offf at the mains for a few hours today and done the update but it hasn't fixed it. The tvs in my other rooms that don't connect to sky are fine

There is no error message, I have reset it twice. It's not doing it on any apps, it happens if I am scrolling through looking at what's available
