Sky stream puck not connecting to internet
Just unboxed the sky stream puck. Plugged in but will not connect to internet. Using Vodafone wifi hub. Other devices connected to WiFi and are working. Message on TV We can't connect to your internet. Connected to broadband router X connection to internet ..... Retrying .... Please help 😊

If that doesn't work you will need to call Sky. We are fellow subscribers here on the forum.
