I am losing sound when starting up sky stream - ok so it can be fixed by rebooting the puck, but it is becoming more frequent and is really annoying. Further it has occasionally lost sound mid viewing, which is even more annoying.
My puck is connected to a LG C2 TV which plays through a Sonos arc all are connected by HDMI.
Apps in the TV work fine at all times so this is a sky issue.
I would appreciate any help.
