Sky stream puck lagging

My sky stream puck keeps lagging and jumping its so frustrating, ive only had it a few months! Ive reset it, unplugged, turned off router etc tried everything! I have a good broadband speed of 150 any suggestions? I seem to be paying for it but switching back to normal TV for a better watch!

@LisaMid  How is the puck connected to the hub/router?    On the puck open the Netflix app, go to  Get Help, run connection test, what speed is being reported on the puck?

That should be enough, have you tried a restart of the puck?

As above, that speed should be good, if the puck can keep that speed regularly and it does drop lower now and again.

Try doing a settings restart;

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.

Different ways to get to the settings menu;
Hit the . . . button on your remote and select settings, use voice saying 'settings' or scroll down to the settings menu on the home menu.
