Sky stream puck issues
Hello,
I am having afew issues with my sky stream puck. Watching the latest venom movie and it wouldn't start just black screen if I tried to fast forward says you have to watch adverts first but just a black screen. I backed out to home to try again and the puck freezes. I had to restart devices via mains twice before finally worked and allowed me to watch the film.
Afterwards I wanted to watch murderbot so I press play on the episode and am presented with weak or no signal from my tv. Puck won't turn on even through I get green light when press on/off with the remote. Only way to fix is to unplug at mains again, Then I try watch episode again and but I get the same thing.
Also puck is in open area but it's extremely hot ?
This is spoiling my evenings entertainment. 😤
help please ?
