Sky stream puck freezes

This has been going on for a few months now.

The sky puck in the living room will suddenly freeze, then keeps repeating its last few of seconds about twenty times before switching itself off. this happens about 5 times a day on any channel.

I've ran a network check through netflix and it was 71 mps, so broardband speed ok.

Wish I was back with Virgin!

You'll have to phone Sky CSs to request a credit😉

Also you would have needed to phone Sky and allow them to resolve the issue before they are likely to offer any sort of credit.
