Sky stream puck app issues (disney)

The sky stream puck does not seem to like playing anything on the Disney app. The picture is grainy (like when there is a dodgy label somewhere) and it keeps dropping out and coming back on... this seems specific to this one app and rather annoying.

 

Anyone else had this issue?

Try doing an app refresh: Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > refresh apps. This process is not instant and is carried out in the background so don't expect an instant solution.

 

Also a reboot of the puck by turning it off at the plug for at least 30 seconds may also help.
