Sky stream playlist

Stream works OK until I try n go on playlist,  it always freezes or screen goes blank and have to do a  reset

I'm not experiencing this issue and it's not been widely reported. Can you provide more information. When you say going into playlist. Is it just going into it? Is it when you click the button? Is it when you try and watch something back? Who is your ISP etc?

 

Do you have more than one puck? Is it happening on them all etc? If it's only one it could be a hardware fault, and you can ask sky to swap it out.

I'm with sky bb, once I start to scroll along playlist to choose something to watch,  it will suddenly freeze  (cant use any buttons)  then I have ro reset puck
