Just got my new sky puck , connection tested on Netflix at 300mbps
Watched Liverpool Leeds on uhd tonight, first 60mins watched live all was ok. Then had to pause to sort kids out
came back to puck to watch rest of game after about 45mins, annoyingly it had turned off
no matter I had added the programme to my list so went in there it remembered where I was up to so all good pressed play....
but it was unwatchable - picture would disappear (but sound would continue) I'd pause then play it would come back but have the menu stuck on screen. It would randomly crash to a black screen or a blue screen with message 'technical fault please try again later'. If I pressed home I could restart it it would maybe run for 30 seconds then glitch again ..... totally unwatchable
my internet is fine
i tried the various soft and hard resets nothing helped
reading on line and other posts this seems common - is that correct ?
if so I'll be cancelling during the cooling off period as basic functionality like this should be a given
