Unable to share Sky content with family

Hi

I have been invited by another family member to share some of their subscription content as promised by Sky Stream. However this will not work when one follows the link sent via email. I variously get three different error messages as below. Lots of other forum posts detail similar issues and none of the solutions work.

When I click on the email link inviting me to be able to share the content, I get one of three error messages as shown below in the pictures. It is almost as if sky don't want it to work for anyone (Call me a cynic)  When I rang up customer services they just directed me back to these forums and they did not have a solution either.

One of your images was rejected as it contained personal information (a postcode).

Hi @electricavenue2 could you clarify what you're trying to share please? Is it Sky Go access, or something else?
