Sky stream not working

My stream keeps freezing. It keeps saying WiFi issues despite being plugged into ethernet. I have tried the ritual of unplugging etc as advised. But it keeps happening. On top of that, when I do get to stream it freezes and apps don't work. Im new to streaming and regreat buying into it. Any advice.

As a first step, check that you have wifi turned off in your Puck settings. The Puck will default to wifi even if there's an ethernet connection.
