This is a recurrence of the same issue that I have been plagued with for over18 months since getting Sky stream. I have had 4 engineers visit, I have had Openreach visit the property and check the fibre to the property, I have had over 20+ conversations with Sky and the issue remains unresolved. The last engineer visit set up connection via Ethernet cable. Problem initially solved, but soon resurfaced so called Sky again and told to try different Ethernet cables. I was advised by Sky call handler to purchase a Cat 6 cable and also if that doesn't help, they advised me to use Cat7 cable,so, as advised I have purchased and tried both and it makes no difference. Sky don't supply these cables so they told me to purchase them and if they didn't make any difference then I was advised to take them back to wherever I bought them and ask for a refund !
So, what do I do now?
