Have you tried powering it off at the mains for a few minutes in the first instance? Failing that can you provide more information, such as ISP, broadband speed, is this a new install or worked previously? Is it live channels or apps as well Etc. We Are fellow customers on the community and know nothing about your setup unless you tell us.
