This usually points to connection issues. Try turn off at the mains for a few minutes in the first instance. Failing this does your broadband meet the minimum requirements of 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD? You can check the speed your puck is getting by opening netflix, going to get help? And selecting connection check.
