Sky Stream Puck turning off

My Sky Stream puck keeps switching off after around 10minutes for no rhyme or reason. It only seems to happen on Sky channels. Any advice welcomed as it's driving me insane constantly having to wait for it to restart every 10mins.

Definitely not normal behaviour! When you say turning off, can your provide any more detail? Does your TV so no input etc? Or is it a black screen with a loading message etc.

 

Please provide as much detail as you can and the community will do it's best to advise, but note we are fellow subscribers, not Sky support.

The sky puck turns off and restarts eventually, after about 10mins approx and so I constantly have to wait for it to reboot to continue watching Sky. 

looked at settings and can't see anything to help.

Hi @Robster1978 

 

Try powering off at the mains for at least two minutes. Restarting via the menu doesn't always clear bugs in the same way a 'hard' restart does. If that doesnt work I can look to escalating your post to Sky.
