Keeps getting a blank screen for 2 days now, as she is elderly and disabled, she relies on the TV and is very upset cos she cant get to watch it

We are all fellow customers on here like yourself

Have you tried unplugging the puck for a few minutes to see if that helps? If that doesn't work then you will need to call sky about this issue
