Sky stream - no active subscription

Recently have gotten the sky stream and sky broadband. Internet is working perfectly but the sky stream since being set up only shows no active subscription. We only have one sky device in the house and on my sky our package is full activated and up-to-date. Have tried rebooting multiple times but not working.

Did you activate  the puck on your  sky account  my putting  the number that was showing  during  the setup 

Go th the my sky app open  it go to product settings open that and open device  management and see if the puck is there
