Sky stream issue

I have my sky stream puck connected via ethernet cable to my hub (sr203). The hub is connected to openreach ONT with fibre 100. However I am experiencing slow speeds and apps either failing to load or being extremely sluggish such as netflix.

 

I have done numerous speed tests through both the netflix app (110mb/s) and also through my phone which is giving similar speeds so speed to the puck isn't an issue. 

I have also tried refreshing the apps but this doesn't solve this issue.

 

As an aside I do have a mesh network,Deco x50 ( AP mode) set up but as puck is connected to Hub via ethernet I don't think this is causing any interference. 


I also have the wifi on the hub turned off.

 

Does anyone have any ideas or fixes?
