Sky stream flickering

I have an issue where both when I watch sky streaming and non sky streaming that I get flickering on a regular basis. 

 

I have rest the sky boxes and wifi and this hasn't helped.

 

Anyone had this issue?

@Rickster81  A Picture "Flickering" on a TV set is normally a TV setting related issue rathe than a broadband issue (where you posted this).

 

Can you clarify what you mean by flickering?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
