Sky stream constantly switching off or dropping out and freezing

I've recently gone from Sky Q to Stream and my initial impression is that it's not fit for purpose. Switched off all the time, apps freeze and so far is a very poor experience. I'm on 500gb ultra fast broadband so very disappointed Sky after 15 years of great service.

@daicast  No one offers speeds that high, you're on 500mbps.

 

If you're having such issues have you done a speed test through the netflix app on the stream puck? 

 

Is the puck connected to the hub using WiFi?

 

Open netflix, go to Get Help, run connection test, what speed is being reported?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Sorry your right, 500mbps. I'm connected over WiFi and when I run the Netflix speed test it shows 185.08Mbps. If I connect with a network cable it drops to 89.59Mbps.
