Sky stream catch up facility jumps forward when watching prev program
Hi everyone. Does anyone know why my Sky Stream jumps forward to the next episode whilst watching the prev one (after having selected "watch from start"
surely it defeats the object of having catch up if you can't watch the entire episode without it jumping to the start of the next episode in the middle of the prev one

I'm finding when I skip adds in last set of adverts it's jumping to the next episode.

Perhaps try a reboot of the puck and see if that helps:
1. Go to Settings
2. Go to System Management
3. Press Select
4. Go to Resets and Updates
5. Press Select
6. Go to Restart Device
7. Press Select.
Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.
