Re: Sky stream box
Yes. You will need to call to arrange it. Do be sure to research Sky Stream thoroughly before you go ahead. Stream and Q are quite different, most notably because everything on Stream is streamed via your broadband service. There's no local recording capability. And the channel line-up is different too

Re: Sky stream box
@Willdan Yes, you will need to give Sky a call thouigh.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Re: Sky stream box
Stream has been available as a standalone product (without a Glass television set) since October 2022. Depending on your Q contract status, you might not see it as an option on the Sky website though.
