Hi @Aa1209 and welcome to the forum. There is a very annoying ECO function which might be the cause of your puck shutting down. If there has not been any activity such as the remote not been used for a period of a couple of hours the puck is programmed to shut down as it thinks there is no one using the puck. Prior to shutting down a message will appear at the top on the screen telling you to pick up and move the the remote around. This message is very easy to miss and depending on the background picture on the screen can be difficult to see. Unfortunately there is not way to turn off this ECO function
