Hi. I'm after some help if possible. My puck shows the Home Screen and allows me to access apps however once I select a tv channel to watch I get a black screen. It's all channels in my subscription that are affected rendering my tv service unwatchable, can anyone help?

Hi @lenat82
Has it ever worked? Have you tried a reboot in the first instance (settings > system management> resets & update > restart).
Failing tail try powering off at mains, rebooting your router, wait for internet to reconnect and then power back on at the mains.
If that doesn't work run a speed check in netflix (profile pic (top left) > get help? > Connectivity check) and post the result here. Sky say your need 25Mbps for HD, 30Mbps for UHD and 35Mbps if multiple sky devices.
