Hi , I signed to sky stream with the first bill at 51.00 . I looked at next months bill (December) and it gone up to 63.00 . And then in January is jumped to 83.00 I don't get it ,
I can't seem to get though to anyone to chat to about it .

Have you checked your billing page to see what subscriptions you have active? Some of your offers may be expiring, that could be why your prices are going up?

If Sky is your mobile provider you can phone them by dialling 150.
If it is not your provider follow this link https://www.sky.com/help/home and scroll down to need more help, click on this and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky. Unfortunately I cannot include the actual phone number as the forum filters will block it.
Alternatively I could escalate your original post to the Community Messaging Team and they will invite you for an online chat. If you would prefer this to calling them posy back here and I will escalate your post for you.

I suspect you received something for free as a trial , such as kids pack, Ultra HD or Ad skipping for the first couple of months.
