Sky stream active Sky Q also active

Sky Q customer switching to Sky Stream, received puck today and immediately activated with no issues . However Sky Q is still active and viewable. 
Rang Sky CS but they rightly said Sky Q should immediately deactivate once Sky stream is activated....I agreed but Sky Q still active. I'm slightly concerned as I have 2 Direct Debits due to come out on the 28th Jan and CS are scratching their heads over this. Any ideas from anyone?

Got up this morning and Sky Q has been deactivated 👍🏻
