While we are watching a program on tv, the screen goes black for a few seconds then comes back on approx same position as before it went black.

Try turning the puck off for a couple of minutes and then turn back on

No that didn't work, it even freezes during films now

@Cleggymyster I suspect you aren't receiving sufficient broadband speed. Do you know what your internet speed is ? You can check this by using the speed checker within the Netflix app.
Secondly try using a hard wired connection via Ethernet cable.

Hi Jason, just done a speed test, comes back at 263mbps although it's am here, could drop a bit in pm I guess. Only a couple of phones using Wi-Fi generally then anyway. I'll look at the hard wire option later.

@Cleggymyster Morning. Your speed is excellent. Good speed isn't always enough though - it needs to be delivered efficiently. There may be something causing interference - have you tried a hard wire connection via Ethernet ? The other option is using power line adaptors
