I have had sky stream puck since August. Since I have had it, it regularly (daily) will not wake up with either the remote or by the standby button on the bottom. It has gotten progressively worse with us having to switch off at the mains every day, and recently even that isnt working as we get a blue screen and have to do a hard reset (power off and hold standby button down), which works but I have had to do that 3 times this week alone. Once box is on its fine.
Contacted sky customer services and they said it needed an ethernet cable plugging in and that would fix it. I was skeptical but have done that and it still isnt working, cant get though to sky on web chat because the system says my box is powered on which it is but only because I've done a soft reset.
The box is clearly faulty but there seems to be no way to contact sky until the box fails again.
Customer service rep apparently made lots of notes on my account so I could get back in touch if/when it failed again but I dont now seem to be able to access the web chat.
Any help/advice appreciated, I have seen people with a similar situation on here before who had a new box sent out and didnt have a problem after that.
