Issues are with a puck that is not sufficient and can't cope with high speeds required
That's just speculation. There's no evidence to support that at all.
Indeed the evidence is that it's not a Puck issue as others with the same hardware don't have the issues that you're experiencing (I'm not doubting you're having a number of problems).
We'll have to wait for Sky to get to the bottom of it (or you could doubtless cancel).

It has been mentioned by folks, including engineers who work at Sky have said there are still issues with the puck and Sky have also told me the same but apparently can't put a time frame on it to fix and update. My question to Sky, why bring out things just to rush it out as they know they need to compete with others.
Again I will say it's a great product but needs updating

Just out of curosity the fact they launching sky stream 2 and no updates as such for sky stream puck users, which is the larger of the customer base i would assume there are many more puck users than glass customers do we know which is the larger?

@ThePotterFan My guess is more steam then glass simply cause many of us already have decent TV's, probably better than Glass. Also there was a lot of negative vibes when Sky brought out Glass and they quickly realised it was a disaster, hence why Stream was quickly brought out

I really don't think that was the case. I can only imagine Stream was always intended to launch but they soft launched as a whole-home only product. That's a common launch strategy for new products. It keeps you in the news cycle and lets you roll out gradually.

Exactly this. I've had Glass and 4 X pucks since launch. Given the time it's been out (as glass only and as stand alone product) it's matured a fair bit since the early days.

That's simply not correct: Stream was released at the same moment as Glass in October 2021 for Whole Home viewing, and became available as a standalone product exactly one year later

Can someone provide a link to how to register for emails. I think this is another glitch in the Sky systems,!
Thank you in advance for someone's help and thank goodness for the community where people seem to help one another

According to sky:
Want to check and/or update your communication preferences online?
Go to My Sky and sign in using your Sky iD details. Don’t worry if you can’t remember them, you can find out what your Sky iD is and/or reset your password from there too.
Select My Details from the drop-down arrow at the top right, go to Communications preferences section (if you have Sky+HD/Sky Q) or Data & Personalisation (if you have Sky Glass) and use the toggle buttons next to each preference to set them to on or off
