Sky stream Paramount + freezes

Hello

 

Paramount + freezes as soon I navigate to find a show. Done same thing on 2 pucks.

No terminate app functionality I can find so am stuck.

Refresh app and restart seems to do nothing. Suggestions please?

Cannot get paramount plus will not accept password and won't allow me to change it
