Sky sports +

I now have Sky stream, as Sky q unavailable, however, the same issue applies to both. Just watched Leeds v Wakefield today and the picture kept freezing and then with 5 minutes of the game left the commentary goes and the broadcast just stops. Error code :COMP7. ID3131fb....whatever that means. Screen message instructions were "please press back button and retry" which I did only to see the game was finished and I missed the final try of the game.

Is this really the best Sky can do......I will wait to see if Sky want to comment or help!!!!
