Sky pucks keep dropping out

Random drop out on all 3 pucks and printer  problem showing up as not connected to modem

@Spey1  Are these connected by wifi?   Have you checked the speeds being received at each puck?  Open the netflix app, go to get help, run connection test.

This isn't a helpful reply for which I apologise. I am getting the same problem - constant drop out despite new pucks - especially happens when trying to watch "catch up" eg F1 on demand. We only moved to Sky as Now was live or 24 hours later. It's very frustrating. Hence Im adding my comments as it shows it's not just a single household that has the same issue.
I'm tempted to cancel and go back to Now. I've reset pucks and router - v few devices on the network and puck is v close to TV. Any help gratefully received.
