Sky pucker box lost remote

I have the sky pucker Brandon down in my sitting room and we have lost the remote so I need a new one

@Teiganveitch  You mean Sky Puck?  You'll need to order one online at cost to you see this guide https://www.sky.com/help/articles/damaged-or-lost-sky-glass-remote

In the meantime you can use the Sky Glass/Stream remote app  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-remote-app

If you mean a Sky Stream puck then you can purchase a new remote from Amazon. 

Sky will only replace faulty ones under warranty. If you've lost yours then you'll need to pay for a new one.
