Sky puck

Hi, my sky puck is utterly useless, it keeps freezing. We switching it off at the plug, wait for it to boot up, put on what we were previously watching and boom it freezes so we repeat. We've tried it ethernet connected and wireless, nothing wrong with our Internet nor tv. All wires are good. Any help would be appreciated

@-Nicola- when you tried it via an ethernet cable, did you also turn the Wifi off in the puck's network settings and then reboot the puck? If you didn't then even though you had the ethernet cable plugged in, the puck would have continued to use Wifi ( as it seems to default to Wifi, unless it is switched off)?
