Sky puck

The Sky puck is rubbish! Used an Ethernet cable as it needs to update software . 3 hours later and it's just doing the same thing over and over . Tried all the hard reset etc to no avail . So on the verge of just sending it back as it's pointless . And you cannot speak to a human online . You get that stupid bot .

Clearly not for everyone: that might have been noticed in the four years it's been on sale.

 

Setup can be glitchy in some cases: which ISP are you using?
