Activation problems for Discovery +

I had to change my puck and after doing so and running through set up, every thing works apart from Discovery +. When I try to sign in the activation code provided on the tv does not work. Every code gets the same NOT RECOGNISED response.

 

I can log in to Discovery+ on my lap top and i-phone. Have checked on My Sky and Discovery+ is on my package. Have spent 45 mins talking to Sky and still the problem remains. 

 

Any ideas?

Hi @Geoff701 when Discovery+ changed their App a few weeks ago I had a similar situation where the QR code on the TV didn't work properly.  I ended up going to the Discovery + web site and logged in through the activation page there and it has worked fine since then.
